Proline Medical was founded in 2017 on the premise of our motto “Setting the Standard” and aiming to deliver a significantly higher level of customer service, support and education to the Australian healthcare sector in the specialties of Decontamination, Sterilisation and Endoscopy.
Having worked specifically in these fields for over sixteen years each, our Directors bring over 48 years combined experience to the business. In conjunction with our dynamic customer care and sales team, we strive to offer superior quality products, personalised service and ongoing education. This delivers a consistently positive customer experience.
Our global partners have been carefully selected to ensure our product offering is of utmost relevance to the Australian and New Zealand market. We settle for nothing less than the highest quality – skillfully balanced with cost-effectiveness whilst ensuring each product performs optimally, meets the relevant standards and subsequently, meets customer expectation and requirements.
In 2020, we launched our independent performance qualification service for Central Sterilising Departments. We conduct annual performance qualification for every brand of steriliser, washer disinfector, drying cabinet, automated endoscope reprocessor, ultrasonic and heat sealer in the market. Proline Medical reports are prepared in conformance with AS/NZS 4187:2014 and relevant ISO Standards with comprehensive, thorough reports completed and delivered within 7 days of PQ completion.
