PLMCD40_250 / Multi-Variable Chemical Indicator, strips printed with reactive ink for Plasma or Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide sterilization processes.
Control of plasma or vaporized H2O2 sterilization processes. Conditions: 6 minutes @ 50 °C, 2.3 mg/l H2O2.

Instructions for Use
- Place a Chemdye® PLMCD40_250 Multivariable Process Indicator within each package, bag or tray that will be sterilized by Plasma or Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide. In rigid containers, place the indicator in every corner, or at least two diagonally opposite corners, to ensure that the sterilisation agent has reached the most inaccessible areas.
2. Perform the sterilisation cycle.
3. After the sterilisation process has finished, remove the indicators from the steriliser and analyze the results. For all the chemical indicators exposed to Plasma or Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide, the ink must turn to the green or lighter reference color when the sterilisation parameters are reached.
