Tyvek® material is sourced from registered trademark owner’s, DuPont. It is made of 100% high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is extremely stable when exposed to sterilant gases and high-energy sterilisation processes. Tyvek® is engineered to enable sterilant gases and steam to penetrate and escape quickly.
Tyvek® reels are heat sealable for secure microbial barrier protection and offer superior peelability and strength, ensuring secure protection barrier for sterilised medical instruments.
Tyvek® reels encompass hydrogen peroxide sterilisation indicators to distinguish between processed and unprocessed instrumentation.
